  1. Well-written post! I should say that you have given a good description of various yoga poses. It is true that Karma Yoga poses work with the cardiovascular system. I have learned it from a karma class that offers Karma Yoga in Dubai. The movements in Karma Yoga are purely smooth. But it is advised to learn it from an experienced practitioner for effective learning.
